Gudrun Mosler-Tornstrom, the head of the Congress of Local & Regional Authorities to the Council of Europe, said the electoral process in the local elections in Ukraine was generally calm.
The voting day was generally calm and the voting went well, with the exception of some deviations from the rules, Gudrun Mosler-Tornstrom told a press conference in Kyiv on Oct. 26.
