Andrii Moskalyk joins Kyiv office of Baker & McKenzie as a Senior Associate of Corporate and M&A Practice Group.
In April 2016,
Andrii Moskalyk joined
Corporate and M&A Practice Group of the Kyiv office of Baker &
McKenzie as a Senior Associate. In the new position, Mr. Moskalyk will
focus on M&A transactions primarily involving private equity
funds. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, he had 6 years of legal
consultancy experience with the Kyiv and London offices of Clifford
Chance. In his over 11 years of professional experience, Mr. Moskalyk
advised large international financial institutions,
private equity funds, multinational corporations on complex projects in
the area of oil and gas, energy and infrastructure, agriculture,
banking and finance and in other industries.
In 2009, Andrii obtained his Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Centre,
Washington, DC, USA, and in 2006 received his Master of Laws from Donetsk National University, Economics and Law Faculty.
