Volodymyr Igonin was promoted to counsellor and joined Vasil Kisil & Partners management team.
In his new role Mr. Igonin will focus on corporate law, M&A, real estate, construction and agriculture. Since joining VKP in 2007 Mr. Igonin has been successfully advising foreign and domestic clients on complex issues of corporate law, Public-Private Partnership, concessions and infrastructure, energy and natural resources. He provided legal support to Epicenter Group, Africa-Israel Investments Ltd, Arricano Group, Global Space Management, Seven Hills, Hubei Changyang Hongxin Industrial Group, Leroy Merlin (Groupe ADEO), Kraft Foods (Mondelez), Dragon Capital, Shelton Petroleum, EDF and many others.
For many years Volodymyr has been a dedicated advisor of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club and delivered lectures at AgriSchool. Mr. Igonin holds a Master’s degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy; he has been admitted to bar since 2007.
Oleg Kachmar was promoted to counsellor and joined Vasil Kisil & Partners management team. In his new role Mr. Kachmar manages litigation cases such as land disputes and real estate and construction related disputes, in particular those involving prosecution and controlling authorities. His major focus is litigation and enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Kachmar joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2005 and over the years has built a reputation of a leading advisor on insurance and lending cases, as well as cases involving state registration of medical products and data exclusivity protection. Mr. Kachmar’s client roster includes international banks, investment and pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, developers and hotel operators. Mr. Kachmar holds a Master’s degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy; he has been admitted to bar since 2007.
Anna Sisetska was promoted to counsellor and joined Vasil Kisil & Partners management team. In her new role Ms. Sisetska manages clients work in antitrust & competition, corporate, M&A, international trade, project and trade finance legal areas. She joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2006.
Ms. Sisetska advises foreign inve stors, Ukrainian developers and other real estate market operators on matters of acquisition of land plots, lease relations, real estate and construction projects, as well as regulatory, investment, development, pre-sales and project financing matters. Ms. Sisetska’s high profile engagements include advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Alpcot Agro AB, Geely International Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation, Global Space Management, Seven Hills, Arricano Group, Malteurop Group, Dragon Capital, CAT Cargo Ukraine, Ciklum, Coca Cola, and other international and domestic companies.
