To many in a U.S. audience the idea of female entrepreneurs sounds like a contradiction in terms. And yet in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where the cosmopolitan emirate and city of Dubai is located, women don't see themselves as needing "liberation" or as having any more challenges when it comes to entrepreneurship than women in a major city in Europe or the U.S.
