Komisiano Investments Ltd. (Cyprus) founded by businessman Vadim Novinsky in 2012 has built up a 75.0957 percent stake in private joint-stock company Smart-holding (Kyiv), while earlier the company was not a shareholder in the holding, according to the official information posted by Smart-holding in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine, referring to a register of shareholders as of January 29, 2014 drawn up by public joint-stock company National Depository of Ukraine.
According to the report, the stake belonged to Britain’s Optimabest Management Ltd. reduced from 75.0957% to a zero.
In addition, Lovita Investments Ltd. (Cyprus) became a holder of 24.9% of shares in private joint-stock company Smart-holding, while Adeona Holdings Ltd with the said stake withdrew from the structure of the company’s shareholders.
According to a posting on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) at the end of 2010, the owner of Smart Holding Group at the moment was Energees Investments of businessmen Novinsky and Andriy Kliamko.
Smart-holding owns 23.75% in the Metinvest mining and metal group, 95% in Smart Maritime Group, 99.97% in Santis LLC and large assets in the fuel and energy sector, development and agriculture.
The key beneficiary of Smart-holding is Novinsky.
In 2012, Smart-holding saw Hr 28,000 in nonconsolidated net profit, while in 2011 the indicator was Hr 221,000. Its undistributed profit by late 2012 totaled Hr 3.645 million.
At present the face value of each share is Hr 1. Its charter capital amounts to Hr 469,000.
