Pierre Le Bozec

Pierre Le Bozec has been appointed executive chef of Royal Catering Service, which has been operating on Ukraine’s catering and hospitality market since 2002.

Le Bozec has vast experience in the past at leading five-star hotel chains including Intercontinental and Sun International Hotels. While at Sun International Hotels, he opened new hotels in the Comoro Islands, Lesotho and Mauritius. Pierre also worked as Executive Chef for Disneyland in Paris, opened restaurants including White Swan, Italia, VIP 21 and Le Cardinal Richelieu in Russia.

Before moving to Ukraine to join Royal Catering Service, Le Bozec worked as an executive Chef and consultant for the Ricard family and as executive chef for Sheraton Hotel in Algeria.
