Haim Kapelnikov was promoted to general director in Ukraine for Avis, the international car rental and leasing company.
Kapelnikov was previously chief executive officer at the VIP Rent Avis Ukraine.
Kapelnikov has more than 20 years of work experience in the financial, insurance and social sectors. He has previously worked in Ukraine for the VAB banking group as a deputy chairman of the board and corporate business director.
He also served as a member of the supervisory board in VAB Leasing. Kapelnikov has also worked as marketing director at Tel-Aviv Technical College.
Kapelnikov graduated from Open University in Israel and holds a bachelor’s degree in management and social sciences.
