Max Panfilov was appointed business development director at Baker Tilly Ukraine, an international auditing and advisory firm.
Prior to the appointment, Panfilov worked for different large-scale companies in the United States of America and Ukraine with a total of 20 years of experience in technology and financial sectors.
His responsibilities ranged from project management to managing partner.
Panfilov studied engineering and then received a candidate of science degree at the Telecommunications Academy in Ukraine.
He also has a master’s degree in management from Syracuse University in the U.S.
