Oleg Gromovoi was appointed coordinator of the white-collar crime practice at AstapovLawyers, a Kyiv-based law firm.
In his new post, Gromovoi will deal with regulatory investigations involving actual or potential criminal prosecution, with general litigation practice, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining AstapovLawyers, Gromovoi worked as a lawyer at the Stolytsia Advocatory Association for three years, where he gained valuable experience in corporate, trade and tax law.
Gromovoi has also advised on corporate business law issues for Karavan, the investment group which owns one of the largest shopping malls and construction hypermarkets in Kyiv.
Gromovoi graduated from Kharkiv’s Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy. He has held an attorney’s license since October 2008.
