Oleksandr Domashenko has joined the litigation practice of law offices of Orlov, Mikhailenko & Partners (OMP) as a senior associate.
Prior to joining OMP, Domashenko worked for three years as an associate in the corporate and merger & acquisition practice at Voropaev & Partners, providing legal services to leading Ukrainian and international companies in M&A, corporate, commercial, investment and labor law. He also participated in M&A transactions in the mining and ore industries.
Domashenko graduated from the Kyiv Institute of International Affairs at Shevchenko National University.
