Olena Voznyuk has joined the tax practice of Ulysses as an associate. Ulysses is a Ukrainian law firm specializing in corporate litigation, real estate and tax matters.
In her new position, Voznyuk will focus on transactional and international tax matters.
Before joining Ulysses, she worked in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ukraine.
Voznyuk has over eight years of experience in tax law, advising large domestic and international clients on sophisticated tax aspects of their mergers and acquisitions deals, joint ventures, and commercial transactions.
