During the week, the CIS steel export market at Black Sea remained weak. Billet price is fluctuating around USD 500 per tonne FOB with most offers at USD 505 per tonne.
Finished longs prices are under pressure. Currently rebar is offered in USD 560 per tonne to USD 570 per tonne range; while wire rod is now almost at the similar USD 570 level, although some companies are still offering up to USD 590 per tonne
