KYIV, September 25 – Ukraine will offer four-, six-and nine-month OVDP discount treasury bills at auctions on Tuesday, a finance ministry official told Reuters on Monday.

The finance ministry failed to redeem 450-day paper due on September 13, putting it in technical default, although Prime Minister Viktor Yushchenko said last week the government had completely implemented its obligations to bill holders.

The ministry failed to raise cash at all its auctions in September.

It last auctioned t-bills on August 22 when three-month paper yielded 22 percent and six-month paper averaged 23.48 percent.
