MOSCOW - Russia's President Vladimir Putin is visiting Finland on his first trip to the European Union since the British vote to leave the bloc. Finnish President Sauli Niinisto hosted Putin for July 1 talks at his summer residence in southwestern Finland. The negotiations are expected to focus on bilateral ties and security issues amid tensions over Ukraine.
