MADRID - Spain's national court has revoked an arrest warrant for a senior Russian official who was sought for questioning in a money-laundering and criminal association investigation. A three-judge panel ruled on May 19 in favor of Vladislav Reznik's appeal against the warrant. Reznik is a member of parliament's lower house for the main Kremlin party and deputy chairman of its financial markets committee. He is viewed as an ally of President Vladimir Putin.
