The 10th ministerial meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) or so-called ‘gas OPEC’ has been held in Algeria. Russian energy minister Sergey Shmatko said that the meeting participants agreed to conduct work on attachment of gas prices to oil value. Click here to read more.
