Putin's, United Russia party's landslide victory in this weekend's parliamentary elections, where they were on track to increase their majority to 76 percent, gives Vladimir Putin a clear run at a fourth term as President if he chooses to run in 2018.
Sergey Neverov is a United Russia Party member and the Duma’s Deputy Chairman, he told Euronews: “Today we see how the patriotic powers united and voted. We see that the programmes and suggestions that we discussed with our people have been supported and we are grateful to them for this.”
