Ousted Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who on Wednesday refuted reports of his resignation, is set to tell reporters his side of the story Friday in Minsk.
However, Bakiyev's statement that he has not resigned has been rejected by Russia, seen as a key player in the political future of the Central Asian state of Kyrgyzstan.
