MOSCOW - Russia will not react to a possible decision by foreign parliaments on the non-recognition of the elections in Crimea and will disregard it, Russian presidential press officer Dmitry Peskov said.

“In this situation, this decision will not play any role and will be disregarded by Moscow because Crimea is a territory of Russia. We will not be able to recognize or take into account this decision,” Peskov told reporters, responding to a question as to what Moscow’s reaction will be if the foreign parliaments follow the call of Ukraine and do not recognize the elections in Crimea.
