Moscow - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry are expected to meet in Beijing on November 8 in the run-up to an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.
“A meeting of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to be held in Beijing on November 8 on the sidelines of events laying the groundwork for the APEC summit,” a Russian Foreign Ministry source told reporters on Nov. 7.
