MOSCOW - Ivan the Terrible, the Russian czar, should really be considered Ivan the Not So Bad, according to a wildly popular historical exhibition held recently near the Kremlin. The exhibition accused the Western news media of miscasting Czar Ivan IV as "the Terrible."
