Bishkek, April 19 (Interfax) - Kyrgyzstan's interim government has complied with the police's demand and appointed First Deputy Interior Minister Bakyt Alynbayev as acting interior minister, head of the Interior Ministry's Department for Combating Organized Crime Aibek Abdrazakov told the press.

Police officers are satisfied and are ready to report to work, he said. "We will get the situation in the city and in the country under control in short time," Abdrazakov said.
