The chief prosecutor in the French city of Marseille says Russians involved in clashes with British fans at a Euro 2016 soccer championship match were "extremely well-trained" and prepared for violence. Brice Robin said on June 13 that "there were 150 Russian supporters who in reality were hooligans" who were ready for "ultrafast, ultraviolent action."
