MOSCOW, April 27 (Reuters) - Russia's lower house of parliament on Tuesday approved a deal to extend the lease on a Russian naval base at Ukraine's Black Sea port of Sevastopol.

In the vote, 410 lawmakers from the 450-seat chamber supported the base deal, which was agreed by Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich and Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev last week. Ukraine’s parliament approved the deal less than an hour earlier.
