You're reading: Klimkin says Netherlands gives Ukraine 500,000 euros to rebuild Donbas, more will follow

The Netherlands has allocated 500,000 euros for Ukraine to rebuild Donbas infrastructure and will provide more assistance, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin has said.

“My Dutch counterpart Frans Timmermans was really cool at our meeting yesterday. The Netherlands has already allocated 500,000 euros for rebuilding Donbas, and more is planned,” Klimkin wrote on Twitter.

As was reported, Timmermans met with Klimkin and Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman in Kyiv on Aug. 21 during the Dutch foreign minister’s working visit to Ukraine.
