The foreign minister of Latvia, which now holds the European Union presidency, plans to visit Kyiv and Moscow early this month. Russian news agency RIA Novosti quoted a Latvian Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying the conflict in Ukraine would be a main focus of Edgars Rinkevics's talks in both capitals.
