United Press International: Ukraine to sign economic tie-ins with Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych are schedule to meet in Moscow again on Dec. 17.

 KIEV, Ukraine, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Ukraine's Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov said stronger ties with Russia would improve Ukraine's business conditions, as he denounced closer ties with Europe.
