United Press International: White House raps $27 billion Russian bailout of Ukraine

 KIEV, Ukraine, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- The Obama administration denounced Russia's $27 billion bailout package for Ukraine and Kiev protesters called it a sellout to a former Soviet oppressor.
