KIEV—Ukraine's opposition rejected the government's call for talks to resolve the political crisis here, as police clashed with protesters and were accused of raiding the main opposition party's headquarters.
President Viktor Yanukovych said on Monday that he supported an "all-national roundtable" involving the opposition to seek a compromise.
