National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy plans to commission the legal services of Wikborg, Rein & Co. Advokatfirma DA to ensure the protection of Ukraine's interests and rights, during the settling of a dispute with Russia's Gazprom, the press service of the holding has reported.
“In January 2015, Naftogaz Ukrainy and Wikborg, Rein & Co. Advokatfirma DA held talks on the further accompanying arbitration procedures to execute cabinet resolution No. 138 of May 7, 2014 on some issues of operation of Naftogaz Ukrainy,” reads the report.
The expected cost of the legal services is 2.74 million euro.
Wikborg, Rein & Co. Advokatfirma DA has already accompanied arbitration proceedings on a claim made by Naftogaz Ukrainy against Gazprom in 2014.
