MILAN - The Russian government will not default on its social obligations even despite the negative trends on the international oil market, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
‘The Russian government will definitely fulfill all of its social obligations. We have enough of safety margin,’ Putin said at a press conference in Milan on Friday.
