The Stockholm arbitration tribunal will determine a temporary price of Russian gas for Ukraine if the tripartite gas negotiations fail, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said.
“We have filed a separate lawsuit as part of the overall procedure. If we do not agree in the trilateral format, the court will decide on the temporary price and temporary conditions of gas supplies,” he said on Shuster live talk show on Friday night, Oct. 3.
