MOSCOW - Three-sided gas talks between Russia, Ukraine and the EU will take place in Berlin on Oct. 21, the Russian Energy Ministry told Interfax.
“Russia has agreed on the date of three-sided talks between Russia, Ukraine and the EU on ensuring the security of gas transit through the territory of Ukraine. The new round of talks will take place in Berlin on Oct. 21,” the ministry said.
