Pick yourself a cool New Year’s party at one of Kyiv’s clubs and restaurants
As New Year 2008 approaches – there’s little more than a week left now – it’s time to come up with some grandiose plans for celebration. After all, as the famous Russian saying goes: “The way you celebrate the New Year is the way you will spend it,” so this year you have to make sure you have the greatest time you’ve ever had.
Of course, you can always have a nice dinner and watch New Year’s TV shows with your family and relatives or organize a house party with friends. But this may also imply you’ll have to do the shopping (the lines in the supermarkets spread for kilometers during the holidays), then cook all the customary dishes, and of course clean the day after, while your friends (relatives) are curled up on the couch, fighting a terrible hangover. So, you’d rather just relax and enjoy yourself this New Year’s Eve, book yourself a table at one of Kyiv’s restaurants or clubs, and have them prepare everything for you, complete with a fun entertainment program, while all you have to do is just show up looking your best.
