Donetsk - Representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission in eastern Ukraine and Dutch specialists have arrived at the site in Ukraine's Donetsk region where the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 crashed on July 17, an OSCE mission spokesperson told.

OSCE specialists have already arrived at the crash site together with Dutch experts, she said. They will continue to work with the plane wreckage, she added.
