BRUSSELS - Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte has stated at a press conference that Dutch investigators are unlikely to be able to reach the crash site of the passenger plane of Malaysia Airlines in eastern Ukraine.

‘It is still not safe for Western experts to go there and conduct an investigation,’ he said.

‘My anger has become only more because we know that the regime of ceasefire and a buffer zone are there, but this is not observed,’ the prime minister said.
