Dutch experts say the Malaysian passenger jet that crashed in eastern Ukraine in July appears to have been brought down by a large number of "high-energy objects" that penetrated the aircraft. The Dutch Safety Board's preliminary report said there are no indications that the crash of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 was caused by "technical faults" or a crew error.
