Mykhailo Okhendovsky, the head of the Ukrainian Central Elections Commission, said the parliamentary elections will not take place in 14 of the 32 electoral districts in Donbas.
“In Donetsk region, voters who live on the territory of eight of the 21 electoral districts will not be able to take part in the vote,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Oct. 17.
In Luhansk region, no voting will take place in six of the 11 election districts, he said.
