Voter turnout 12 percent at four constituencies as of noon

The voter turnout was 12 percent at noon, according to information from four constituencies, reads a posting on the Central Election Commission (CEC).

Information was received from constituencies in Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia and Odesa regions. The highest turnout was registered in Zaporizhia region (14.9 percent).
