Voter turnout 19.52 percent at 96 constituencies as of noon, says CEC

The voter turnout was 19.52 percent at noon, according to information from 96 constituencies, reads a posting on the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The highest turnout was registered in Kirovohrad Oblast (25.51 percent), Sumy Oblast (24.16 percent) and Cherkasy Oblast (24.26 percent).

The lowest turnout was seen in Zakarpattia Oblast (12.2 percent), Luhansk Oblast (13.07 percent), Odesa Oblast (13.22 percent) and Donetsk Oblast (14.65 percent).

The election is being held in 198 constituencies.

The turnout does not influence the election outcome.
