BC Budivelnyk Kyiv has become the first finalist of the Ukrainian Basketball Super League 2012-2013. 

In semifinals, Budivelnyk beat BC Politekhnika-Halychyna Lviv in four games (73-56, 77-67, 80-65, 69-56).

Another semifinalist BC Azovmash Mariupol currently leads 3-0 in the confrontation with BC Ferro-ZNTU Zaporizhia.
