The European Commission Monday brought together Russian and Ukrainian officials along with international lending institutions to help Ukraine pay for Russian gas and avert a new crisis, reads an AFP report published on the Nasdaq.com website.
The “high-level” talks include representatives of Russia, Ukraine and western lenders.
