The average fee for car parking in new buildings in Kyiv in hryvnias in July-September 2009 grew by 4.9%, to UAH 12,948 per square meter of parking area, according to a press release of the Stolychna Nerukhomist analytical portal.
The data was received after an analysis of 78 new buildings in Kyiv
of 47 companies, which have commissioned or plan to commission them
before Q1, 2011.
According to the report, the average fee for car paring in the newly
built economy class residential complexes or complexes under
construction in Q3, 2009 grew by 5.1%, to UAH 9,428 per square meter,
and in the business class complexes it fell by 5.1%, to UAH 10,285 per
square meters, and that for premium class fell by 0.8%, to UAH 27,312
per square meter.
The portal said that the number of houses and residential complexes
that offer parking areas grew by 11.4% over the period, to 78.
The document also says that supply of car parking sites in the
underground parking area by October fell by 16% compared to June, to
141 car sites, and in economy class objects it grew by 3.7%, to 56, it
grew by 31.3% in the business class complexes and remained unchanged in
the premium class buildings
