The 31st Russian humanitarian convoy has crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border and as usual violated the regulations of Ukrainian and international law, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has reported.

“As for processing another, the so-called 31st Russia’s ‘humanitarian’ convoy [crossed the border]. This morning, Russia processed the so-called 31st ‘humanitarian’ convoy. In the period from 06:45 a.m. until 07:45 a.m., 101 vehicles went through the Russian border checkpoints of Donetsk and Matveyev Kurgan into Ukraine,” State Border Guard press secretary Oleh Slobodian said at a press conference on June 25.

He said that the transportation of the convoy took place with the usual violation of international and Ukrainian laws.

“The International Committee of the Red Cross didn’t participate in the processing. The Ukrainian inter-agency group conducted only the visual monitoring,” Slobodian said.
