The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has proposed to charge separate subdivisions and offices of foreign judicial persons accredited on the territory of Ukraine with performing accounting and financial reports in accordance with national legislation.
As the Verkhovna Rada’s Web site reported, the relevant draft law “On amendments to some legislation regulations of Ukraine on accreditation of separate subdivisions of foreign judicial persons on the territory of Ukraine” (No.5148) was registered recently in the parliament.
According to the draft law, “under the national regulations (standards) summarized indicator financial reports are to be introduced for the subjects of small entrepreneurship and separate subdivisions of foreign judicial persons as part of the balance documents and report on financial results.”
In connection with this, the document foresees that according to the legally established procedure, the information about separate subdivisions of foreign judicial persons after their accreditation on the territory of Ukraine is to be included on the state register of entrepreneurs
According to the explanatory note, the aim of the draft law is the legislative regulation of accreditation of separate subdivisions of foreign judicial persons on the territory of Ukraine.
