Kyiv, Dec. 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The text of the coalition agreement will be published in the Verkhovna Rada's newspaper Holos Ukrainy after Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn announces the formation of the coalition, BYT Leader Ivan Kyrylenko told journalists on Tuesday.
“You should announce the text and we will urgently pass it to be published in Holos Ukrainy,” he said.
At the same time, Kyrylenko noted the text of the coalition agreement doesn’t stipulate staff issues.
“The coalition agreement doesn’t stipulate those issues. The government changes due to the formation of the new coalition in a new parliament,” he said.
Kyrylenko also noted, that Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko would submit some fresh candidacies for government posts, first agreeing them with the coalition.
At the same time, he said, that this week there would be no staff changes in the government, as the development of the legal base is a priority for the newly formed coalition.
