The Constitutional Court on Nov. 19 ruled that it is legal to hold parliamentary elections in 2012, as previously scheduled.
The court on Oct. 1 struck down constitutional amendements from Dec. 8, 2004, which provides for electing parliament deputies every four years.
Parliamentary elections were last held in September 2007.
