The Contact Group for Ukraine will hold another seven meetings in Minsk before the end of 2015, the press service of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) negotiator, DPR People's Council Speaker Denis Pushilin has said.
“The schedule of negotiations has been drafted for the period until the end of this year. The Contact Group is due to converge on Oct. 20 and 27, Nov. 17 and 24, and Dec. 8, 15 and 22,” the Donetsk news agency quoted his press service as saying.
Subgroups will meet more often than the Contact Group, the press service said. “Subgroups may hold negotiations in the video format but dates may be changed,” the press service said.
The political subgroup met in Minsk on Oct. 12. The negotiations will last until tomorrow.
“Attention will be focused on regulations for the future negotiations of the field-specific subgroup so that it has a schedule and draws up protocols on concrete decisions,” the press service said.
