A ruling of the Kyiv Pechersk District Court to ban from the use of unfair advertisement regarding Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko was a reaction on the use of dirty PR-technologies during the president election campaign in the country, Tymoshenko said late on Friday on the Shuster Live television program.

“I think that critics is allowed, but dirty
advertisement is banned by law, and if these things, which they spoke
about, can be challenged in court without a protest, this is
dictatorship and not democracy. Courts exist for this to protect
oneself from this,” she said.

The prime minister said that Ukraine has a law on advertisement, and the law bans from using dirty PR-technologies.

“I would never in my life would allow censorship,” she said.
