Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv on Saturday morning complied with the prosecutor's request to bringing of UKROP party leader Hennadiy Korban to the court sitting at 2 p.m. by force.
a sitting, judge of Dniprovsky district court Mykola Chaus said that according to a provided by prosecutor health certificate, state of Korban is stable satisfactory without any prescriptions on possible harm to his health mentioned in the document.
“The court decided…to permit arrest of a suspect (Korban) to bring him (to the court hearing) to choose him a measure of restraint,” the judge reads the decision.
